And they do it all with a smile. Don't be fooled. I am appalled that they're still in business. I purchased my tires from wheel works, so when I got a flat I went back to them for repairs. I had a nail in my tire. I called wheel works on thursday to talk to them about the hole, if they could fix it, and if they had replacement tires in stock. They looked up my record said to come on in. I came in on Saturday, and left my car for an alignment, flat repair, and possible tire replacement.
It was 10ish. They said to come back , or they would call if they finished early. I checked in and they said ""oh, run flat tires cant be repaired"" Then they tried to sell me a different tire?!?!
Didnt have the one I needed in stock. In addition they did not align the vehicle. It sat there for 2. Nothing was done. No diligence was performed with my initial call on Thursday Just excuses.
Very poor. Howard Tire on Franklin Street just honored a 9-year old warranty on my tires I purchased through them in I had purchased a Gold Tire Protection Plan and they honored it 9 years later. I was stunned! I recomend these guys without any reservations. Also, in the past I had a flat tire and drove in there and they fixed it for me for free due to their Gold Protection Plan. Free lifetime rotation too! After having my car for over three hours for a simple tire repair, I called them to find out where my car was.
