The Victory Building The Victory Building is a wonderful old building, over years old, that has been restored with modern and traditional fixtures, including the original high ceilings that give the place such an airy feel!

It is on the top floor of the building, overlooking the city of Philly, and is just blocks from malls, train stations, and a teaching hospital right across the street. It has a beautiful lobby, with the original marble works and wood. It has a Starbuck's on the first floor and eating places on every corner.

I thoroughly enjoy living in this great old building in this great old city! Katrina B. Great Location-Average Building The one absolutely great thing about this building is the location. The building is average. It does have character it is an old converted building but there aren't many amenities, besides a very small gym on the first floor.
