We have stopped frequenting them for dim sum and would recommend Kirin Court down the stree for this. They have a great buffet on the weekdays for a very reasonable price. However, their dim sum service on the weekend is very spotty.
If you have ever done dim sum, you know that they bring you the little dishes of food on carts. Not sure whether it's the size of the restaurant, but it is VERY spotty as to whether you will see any food come by.
